We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notice you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have 14 days return policy. Your 14 days starts on the date you receive your item.
As long as your item is sent back within the 14 days, it does not matter if it exceeds 14 days and we have not received it, we cannot control post, and neither can you.
If it has been 10 days since sending back your return and we have not received it, we advise contacting royal mail, sawa is not responsible for any lost parcels on the way back to us.
Sale items, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
